Purpose of Role/Summary:
The User Acquisition Specialist (Mobile App) will play a key role within the Digital Marketing team, focusing on driving mobile app growth and ensuring the app reaches targeted audiences efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance metrics, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user acquisition results. Experience with mobile advertising platforms and app store optimization (ASO) is a strong plus.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute data-driven mobile user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
· Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics, such as CPI (Cost Per Install), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value).
· Conduct App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve organic discoverability and conversion rates in app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store).
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including static visuals, videos, and interactive ads, tailored for mobile audiences.
· Utilize mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer & Adjust to track and analyze user acquisition performance.
· Perform A/B testing on campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.
· Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to maximize campaign efficiency and attract high-quality users.
· Partner with the product and data teams to align acquisition strategies with retention and monetization goals.
· Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns with a focus on achieving measurable results.
· Strong understanding of app marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic advertising.
· Proficiency in mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
· Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, metadata optimization, and A/B testing.
· Knowledge of mobile advertising metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Tableau or Looker.
· Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Passion for mobile marketing, innovation, and staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
