Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Limassol Municipality, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage campaigns to boost client brand growth, and track the performance of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of communication efforts aligned with company objectives. The role also involves identifying new market trends and opportunities to maximize client success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Strong leadership, Team Collaboration, and Strategic Thinking skills
  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Understanding of Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and digital platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a marketing role, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
