, we are looking for a
Medical Representative
to join their growing team.

Medical Representative - Ref. (6067/ΜΡ/ESS/CY)

Locations: Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of assigned products, therapeutic areas and disease pathways to enable credible, value-adding scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
  • Build and manage strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, ethical standards, and all applicable local regulations.
  • Meet or exceed the territory's sales targets and business performance objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of pricing, reimbursement conditions, treatment protocols, and market access status of assigned products.
  • Organize and execute effective call cycles to maximize coverage, frequency, and impact.
  • Ensure proper handling and distribution of product samples according to relevant company policies.
  • Α
    ttend local congresses or company organized events as needed (including weekends).
  • Attend meetings abroad (as needed).

Qualifications & Requirements
:

  • University degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medical or Health Sciences, or another relevant field.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar field sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Very good command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
