Receptionist

Pafilia Property Developers Ltd is seeking to recruit a
Receptionist
based at its Head Offices in Paphos. The successful candidate will be the first point of interaction for any visitor and will be responsible for directing all persons and calls to the appropriate individual in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

· Handling all incoming external/ internal phone calls and general inquiries

· Welcome and guide visitors to the right person/ department

· Ensure a tidy and attractive reception area

· Responsible for fax and mailing activities

· Responsible for stocks (office supplies etc)

· Responsible for couriers/ dispatches

· Office Administrative duties

Necessary Requirements:

· Degree in Administration or Secretarial Studies

· Fluency in English and Greek both written and oral in a must. Russian or Chinese language will be considered an advantage

· Exceptional human relations, communication and service skills

· Good standard of computer literacy, showing confidence in working with word processing, spread sheets, databases

· Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously

· Pleasant and professional approach
