We are looking for a
Business Intelligence Tableau Analyst
to join a fast-growing and data-driven organization within the digital gaming sector.

This is a pivotal role focused on transforming large, complex datasets into actionable insights that empower strategic decisions across the business. You'll design and deliver advanced data visualizations, collaborate with multiple teams, and help shape a truly data-informed culture.

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visual reports
  • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accurate, and accessible for various business units
  • Deliver data stories that clearly communicate performance, trends, and insights

Data Analysis & Modeling

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks
  • Develop data models to support business objectives and decision-making
  • Utilize SQL and large data environments for efficient querying and processing

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into practical solutions
  • Present complex findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users on Tableau best practices

Innovation & Optimization

  • Leverage advanced Tableau functionality (parameters, actions, APIs)
  • Continuously optimize dashboards for performance and usability
  • Contribute to improving BI frameworks and data governance

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • +3 years experience in BI, analytics, or visualization roles
  • Strong Tableau & SQL skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and storytelling with data
  • Experience in gaming or digital entertainment is a plus
