*Your mission: Make an impact

We're launching our Limassol office from scratch and need a reliable person to handle all operational matters quickly and efficiently.
What awaits you:*
You'll be the only office manager in Limassol - independence is key. Since we're launching the office from scratch, you'll handle standard tasks plus many one-off setup projects. Be ready to solve various issues quickly without excessive approvals. You'll be part of our global operations team, working closely with colleagues across different locations.

*How you'll drive success *

  • Operations management: office operations, supplies, space planning
  • People operations: onboarding new employees, training coordination, corporate events
  • Administrative support: business trips, Jira request processing, documentation
  • Problem-solving: from everyday issues to organizational ones - everything needed for comfortable team operations
  • Additional tasks as assigned by company management

*What makes you the perfect fit *

  • Experience in office management or similar operational processes
  • Ability to quickly handle diverse tasks and show reasonable initiative
  • Proficiency with PC
  • English: Advanced, Russian: fluent, Greek: would be a plus
  • Ready to work as a "swiss-army knife person"

  • You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading.
