About the role

Business development at Neoflow is about identifying businesses that genuinely need what we offer. You'll research high-growth companies operating across multiple geographies, understand their banking and payment challenges, and speak with key decision-makers who are ready for a more sophisticated financial partner.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospecting & lead generation:
    Identify and target businesses through research, outbound campaigns, and strategic networking. Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities with companies that need what Neoflow offers.

  • Qualify leads:
    Assess inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with decision makers. Understand which businesses need our product.

  • Develop product expertise:
    Learn how businesses manage their financial operations across borders, currencies, and asset classes. Understand Neoflow's platform and the problems we solve.

  • Collaborate across teams:
    Work with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, share market insights, and improve our approach to target markets.

  • Track and optimise:
    Maintain pipeline health, hit monthly and quarterly targets, and continuously analyse what's working to improve your prospecting effectiveness.

Who you are:

Sales Experience
- 2-4 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (fintech experience is a plus, not required)

Confident with Outbound
- You know how to research prospects, craft compelling messages, and follow up persistently

Strong Communicator
- Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly (additional languages are a bonus)

Naturally Curious
- You want to understand how businesses handle their financial operations

Self-Directed
- You manage your own pipeline and hit targets without micromanagement

Process-Driven
- You track your work, analyse results, and iterate quickly on what's working

Bonus:
Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales; familiarity with regulated financial services environments
