Are you looking to kick-start your IT career?

We're on the lookout for a passionate and motivated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team and provide technical support in Departments of the Public Sector in Nicosia, Cyprus.

What You'll Do:

Install & Troubleshoot: Help install and fix IT hardware, software and network systems (desktops, printers, wireless networks, etc.).

Peripheral Devices: Set up and maintain devices like printers & scanners.

On-Site Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

Router & System Management: Configure routers and perform system updates, including Windows installations and customizations.

Microsoft Office Support: Resolve issues with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Account Management: Manage Active Directory and email account problems (Domino/Exchange).

Software Installs: Help with software installations (antivirus, drivers, browsers, etc.).

Problem Solving: Investigate and escalate unresolved issues to suppliers when needed.

User Support: Understand user needs and update equipment & system software.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

• Diploma (2 years) - IT related
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Essential Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Languages:
Fluent in Greek & English (written & spoken).
