Payment Service Provider Relationships Manager – Global Payments – Limassol (On-site)

Join a fast-growing fintech redefining global payment orchestration. The company connects merchants to multiple acquirers, alternative payment methods, and settlement partners, enabling fast, secure, and scalable payment experiences across markets.

As PSP Relationships Manager, you'll lead commercial and operational relationships with acquiring banks, PSPs, and alternative payment partners. You'll own negotiations, performance, and strategic growth of these partnerships to ensure optimal payment success for merchants worldwide.

The Role

You'll manage strategic PSP relationships across regions, balancing commercial terms, compliance, and performance. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that suits someone confident in optimizing routes, improving authorization rates, and building trusted relationships across the payments ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage relationships with acquirers, PSPs, and APMs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and optimize routing efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data to enhance approval rates and reduce costs.
  • Partner with internal teams across Risk, Product, and Compliance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen ecosystem visibility.

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years' experience in payments, acquiring, or PSP management.
  • Knowledge of global acquiring, APMs, FX settlement, and chargebacks.
  • Track record in commercial negotiation and partnership management.
  • Experience within fintech, iGaming, or high-volume payment environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
