About the Role
We are seeking a
Sales/BDM
to lead Bridge's sales efforts. This position is about
relationships, visibility, and deal-making
.
You will act as a
playing coach
— closing strategic deals yourself while also building and
mentoring the sales team. This is a highly communicative, public-facing role, representing Bridge at major conferences, podcasts, and panels while leading conversations with C-level executives and compliance/IT leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Deal Closing
- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise and high-value accounts.
- Build trust with decision-makers (C-level, compliance, IT).
- Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and negotiations.
- Structure and close contracts.
Public Presence & Evangelism
- Represent Bridge at major industry events (ICE, SiGMA, iGB Live, Money20/20, blockchain summits, CIO congresses).
- Speak at panels, host workshops, and participate in podcasts.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted voice on digital sovereignty, compliance, and AI in secure industries.
Partnerships & Network Expansion
- Build partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and consulting firms.
- Drive referral and co-marketing initiatives with tech and compliance partners.
- Expand Bridge's influence through ecosystem and network effects.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Align with GTM and marketing teams on ABM campaigns and event strategy.
- Provide structured field insights into product and roadmap development.
Tools & Ecosystem
- CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive, etc)
- Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator – better to know
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS or tech).
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and representing the company at events.
- Proficiency in Russian, fluent English (C1)
- European residence permit and ability to travel within EU
- Ability to combine hands-on selling with strategic leadership.
- Experience in
iGaming, fintech, or B2G/government sectors is a strong plus
.
