About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Officer to join our Depositary Department. This role is central to safeguarding client assets, monitoring fund compliance, and supporting the operational integrity of our investment structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily depositary oversight and asset verification
• Monitor fund compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Liaise with fund managers, custodians, and regulatory bodies
• Review fund documentation and transactions
• Support internal reporting and audit processes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
• Experience in depositary services, fund administration, or financial compliance is preferred
• Strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD frameworks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and MS Office tools
