Lawyer - Europe

Our client is an international product-based IT company with 380+ people on board specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.
We are currently looking for a Lawyer to join our team.

Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Work with payment systems, affiliates, and subcontractors

• Providing legal support for marketing activities and programs

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, legal documents, templates, legal opinions, correspondence, and analytical reports

• Supporting the Marketing and Affiliate Departments on legal matters

• Handling compliance issues and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

• Assisting with the opening of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions worldwide

Your qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer in IT or in an international company

• English – full professional proficiency

• Experience within the jurisdictions in Cyprus, EU, UK etc

• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g AML, license matters etc)

• Highly developed analytical and drafting skills with attention to details

Nice to have:

• Experience in the field of legal support of payment services

• Experience in affiliate marketing, crypto matters, and gambling
