Trainee Lawyer

Job Description

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memos, contracts, court pleadings, and legal opinions.
• Support senior lawyers in case preparation, client meetings, and court hearings.
• Assist in company incorporations, corporate filings, and administrative tasks in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
• Help prepare and review documentation for the Cyprus Migration Department and related immigration procedures.
• Provide administrative support for real estate transactions and due diligence processes.
• Assist with client communication, correspondence, and document management.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Stay informed on recent legal and regulatory developments relevant to the firm's practice areas.

Your Profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled or eligible to enroll in the Cyprus Bar Association training program.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with legal research tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to professional development.
