Role Overview

To coordinate and supervise construction works on site, ensure smooth interaction between workers, clients, and internal departments, and provide timely reporting on progress and completed works.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily coordination and communication with stakeholders and on-site workers
• Working closely with the Procurement / Supply Department
• Ordering construction materials for the site and tracking deliveries
• Supervising construction works on site and controlling work quality
• Planning, monitoring, and updating work schedules
• Receiving materials on site and organizing proper storage
• Monitoring progress and ensuring works are completed according to schedule
• Providing regular updates on completed works
• Communicating progress and issues via work chats and messaging tools
• Preparing work completion acts
• Preparing and coordinating closing documents and ensuring they are signed by the customer

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman
• Good understanding of construction processes and site operations
• Ability to manage site workflow and priorities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on site
• Ability to maintain regular reporting and documentation
  
• English or Russian required (Greek is a plus)
