Leasing Analyst

Our client is looking for a Leasing Analyst to join their team in Nicosia, Cyprus. The individual will focus on the leasing activities from negotiation to execution. The professional main responsibilities will be:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of customer contracts and pricing guidelines;

• Managing the leasing process with all related functional teams, including Legal, Operations, Finance, and Sales;

• Preparing all tenant leasing documents for execution including license agreements, amendments, and memorandums, as required;

• Ensuring all contractual obligations are met throughout the lease process;

• Managing key lease dates and financial terms including rent commencements, lease expirations, rent increases, renewals, and tenant discounts;

• Reviewing workload reports and trackers to identify and prioritize assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;

• Bilingual Greek and English;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or telecom;

• Demonstrated experience balancing multiple tasks with high flexibility;

• Solid written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
