Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join the growing marketing team in Limassol. This role is ideal for a creative and technical professional with 2+ years of experience who wants to make a significant impact in the fintech sector. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our web presence using Webflow, transforming designs into high-performing web pages while ensuring optimal visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement new website pages based on Figma designs using Webflow

● Optimize website performance through code cleanup, structure improvements, and technical enhancements

● Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility

● Optimize website content and structure for LLM indexing and AI-powered search results

● Maintain and improve the overall user experience through responsive design and performance optimization

● Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of visual concepts

● Monitor website analytics and implement data-driven improvements

● Ensure website compliance with financial services regulatory requirements

● Stay current with web development trends and emerging technologies in the fintech sector

Requirements

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in web development

● Proven expertise in Webflow development and customization

● Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow's custom code capabilities

● Experience with SEO best practices and technical optimization

● Understanding of LLM optimization and AI search visibility strategies

● Proficiency in translating Figma designs into functional web pages

● Interest or experience in financial services/trading/investment sectors

● Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

● Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with marketing and design team
