Pizza Szakács/Pizza Chef

Our partner a reputable company operating restaurants in Cyprus/Larnaca, is seeking highly skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Pizza Szakács/Pizza Chefs. • Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are of top quality, fresh, and properly stored.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Organize, pre-prepare, and stock ingredients and supplies required for pizza preparation.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control.
• Provide excellent customer service by catering to specific dietary requests or special instructions.
• Ensure timely delivery of pizzas to customers, while maintaining quality and temperature.

• No specific educational qualification required.
• Prior experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role is preferred.
• Passion for food, particularly in pizza making.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Pizza Chef.
• Experience in using wood-fired pizza oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Experience in creating a variety of pizza flavors and toppings.
• Knowledge of different pizza dough recipes and techniques.

Net Salary per Month: €1,400 (base salary of €1,100 + €300 in guaranteed tips). This includes Social & Health Insurance.

Days Per Week: 5

Hours Per Day: 9 (inclusive of a 30-minute break)

Meals: One meal provided during work hours.

Accommodation: Provided by the company, housing 2 individuals per room. The company covers accommodation and Wi-Fi costs. Employees are responsible for their share of electricity and water charges. For those choosing their own accommodation, a monthly subsidy of €200 is offered.

Language Requirement: English

Contract: 12-month, with the possibility of renewal if both parties are satisfied.

Bonus: A bonus of €600 is awarded upon completion of the contract.
