ASBIS is looking for IT Recruiter
, with a primary focus on sourcing and selecting candidates for software engineering, product, and project-related roles. The position requires strong expertise in technical hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including Software Engineers (Backend, QA, DevOps, AI, Python, Robo, Frontend), Business Intelligent Analyst, Project Management and Product Management positions.
- Utilize modern sourcing tools and channels such as professional communities, social media, IT platforms, and automated sourcing solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates across key markets.
- Leverage automation and AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, screening accuracy, and communication workflows.
- Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings within the recruiter's scope, assessing motivation, competencies, and culture fit.
- Ensure transparent, timely, and high-quality communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database, prepare reports, and deliver regular recruitment analytics.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify job profiles, expectations, and recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to improving internal recruitment processes and support ongoing initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within the IT domain.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, software development stacks, and project team structures.
- Experience working with AI and automation tools for sourcing, screening, and process optimization.
- Strong skills in direct search, headhunting, and the use of professional networks.
- Ability to manage a high volume of roles in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and managers.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Russian and English, sufficient for sourcing and communicating with international candidates.
