We Are Looking For

An experienced and hands-on Head of Mechanical Workshop
to lead our
turning and assembly division
in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of mechanical production — from prototype parts to serial manufacturing — for our marine steering and actuator systems.

Compensation:

Base salary + performance-based bonus (per completed parts).

Relocation package to Limassol is fully covered by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the
    production and assembly of linear actuators
    and other precision motion systems.
  • Develop and implement
    technological processes, tooling, and jigs
    for manufacturing and assembly.
  • Supervise the
    mechanical and CNC machining workshop
    , ensuring optimization of workflows and technical processes.
  • Collaborate with
    Quality Control (Q.C.)
    for inspection, testing, and acceptance of manufactured and purchased components.
  • Work with
    engineering documentation
    according to ISO, GOST, and ESKD standards; understand mechanical fits and tolerances.
  • Ensure proper integration and functionality of
    servo drives, motors, controllers, feedback sensors, and screw mechanisms
    .
  • Lead the production cycle of
    electromechanical actuators
    from technical drawings to serial manufacturing.
  • Utilize
    CAD/CAM software
    (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, etc.) for design and process planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    mechanical production or actuator assembly
    .
  • Strong background in
    CNC machining and workshop management
    .
  • Proficiency in
    developing manufacturing processes and tooling
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    servo systems, motion mechanics, and control electronics
    .
  • Ability to read and interpret
    engineering drawings and technical standards
    .
  • Competence in
    CAD/CAM environments
    .
  • English level B1 or higher
    (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to
    relocate to Cyprus (Limassol)
