Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior–Mid UI/UX Designer located in Limassol, Cyprus. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. The day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research, usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. The UI/UX Designer will also be involved in iterating design solutions based on user feedback and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in UI/UX or digital product design (internship or freelance experience counts too)
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    (a must)
  • Bonus: knowledge of
    Webflow
    ,
    Adobe CC
    , or
    Canva
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility best practices
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Curious, analytical, and ready to learn fast
  • Confident communicator who can explain design decisions clearly
  • Good
    in English as we have international team
  • Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

What You will do

  • Shape and evolve the visual direction of our websites and digital experiences
  • Own projects end-to-end — from discovery to delivery
  • Collaborate with our CRO, Product, and Marketing teams to design, test, and optimize high-impact experiences
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure visual consistency
  • Balance creativity and data — design what looks great
