Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior UX Designer located in Limassol Municipality, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences through design thinking, user research, and prototyping. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and visually appealing designs, testing and refining UX concepts based on user feedback, and ensuring that design solutions align with client objectives and brand strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
  • Strong expertise in Visual Design and creating impactful designs
  • Deep knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles and practices
  • Experience with Prototyping tools and techniques
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Experience working within a marketing or creative agency is a plus
