About the Role

We are hiring a
Senior OpenStack Engineer / DevOps Specialist
to take ownership of our
multi-region, high-availability OpenStack platform
.

  • This role is ideal for someone who has
    built, operated, and upgraded OpenStack at a cluster level — not just used it.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and operate
    multi-region HA OpenStack clusters
  • Lead
    major OpenStack upgrades
    (Train → Wallaby → Yoga/Zed or similar)
  • Manage and scale
    Ceph storage (RBD / RGW / EC / replication)
  • Automate lifecycle with
    Ansible / Kolla-Ansible / Helm / Kubernetes
  • Troubleshoot
    Nova / Neutron / Keystone / RabbitMQ / Galera / Networking

Required Skills

  • 4+ years managing OpenStack control plane & data plane
  • Proven
    hands-on OpenStack upgrade experience
  • Strong
    Ceph storage administration
  • Solid
    Linux networking (bonding, VLANs, MTU, routing)
