Responsibilities
- Network Infrastructure: Ensuring the connectivity of all workplaces and common areas from hardware side.
- Network Devices: Setup and configure routers, switches, access points.
- Systems Helpdesk: Solving day-to-day user issues, performing different kinds of troubleshooting, while being a flexible, reliable, endurant, and motivated supporter.
- Asset Management: Maintaining full flow control of company's IT-related equipment, keeping the asset lists up to date, ensuring their continuous consistency.
- Subscription and Software Management: Purchasing and keeping under review all software solutions and products, being responsible for renewal processes.
- Hardware Purchase and Repair: Finding the best solutions for equipment needs or requests, communication with suppliers, vendors, services, ensuring that deliveries and payments will be done on time.
- In-house IT Maintenance: Comprehensive cable management, full user workplace setups, hardware checks in common areas (conference rooms, open spaces, halls, etc).
- Event Management Support: Ensuring reliable setup and flawless functionality of the equipment at company-wide events, conferences, corporate activities, etc.
- Infrastructure Resilience: Searching for and implementing solutions to ensure the fault tolerance and resilience of the IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in system administration or related IT infrastructure roles;
- Proficiency in English (at least CEFR B2);
- Strong understanding of system administration as a service - delivering reliable, user-focused support;
- Proven experience with Microsoft environments, including Intune for device and policy management;
- Solid hands-on experience with network equipment, including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and controllers;
- Proficiency in VPN configuration and end-user support, both in-person and remotely;
- Familiarity with SaaS management systems and invoice handling processes;
- Experience supporting video conferencing systems, such as Polycom and Logitech solutions.
Qualification That Can Be a Plus
- Knowledge of Greek language.
