Position: Operations Associate

Location: Heart Hotel Limassol

At Heart Hotel, we provide high-quality, experiential stays in a beautifully listed building that blends heritage with minimal design. As part of Heart Group, a growing company in real estate and hospitality, we are seeking a motivated Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements & Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, fluency in Greek and English.
  • Strong customer service mindset, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn hotel management practices and software.
  • Operational, financial and leadership skills with a business-oriented approach.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage overall daily hotel operations.
  • Oversee daily arrivals and departures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
  • Communicate with guests whenever needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas, ensuring everything meets our standards.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with vendors.
