, on behalf of our international client — a well-established group of department stores — is seeking an
IT Manager
to oversee all IT operations and ensure efficient technological performance across the company's retail network and head offices in Nicosia.

About the Role

As the key IT point-person, you'll take ownership of the company's ERP, POS, BI, network, and security systems — ensuring everything runs on time, securely and smoothly. You'll be the trusted technical partner supporting retail operations and central functions with streamlined systems, strong infrastructure, and responsive support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and system customization for ERP (Cubit or similar).
  • Maintain and monitor POS systems, ensuring reliable connectivity with ERP platforms.
  • Manage on-premises servers and Microsoft Azure services, including email and hosting.
  • Oversee the corporate network (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) across stores and offices.
  • Configure and maintain firewalls (Fortinet, MikroTik, Sophos, Cisco); enforce IT security and access policies.
  • Support and develop BI/Power BI dashboards and data reports for management insights.
  • Deliver day-to-day user support and manage PC/peripheral setup, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Officer role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP, POS, BI, and network environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (or another cloud platform).
  • Understanding of firewalls, security protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Fluent in Greek & English, with confidence using technical terminology.
  • Analytical, well-organized, solutions-focused, and supportive in user interactions.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative team spirit and a sense of responsibility.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in retail IT or multi-store infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI reporting.
  • Understanding of retail, warehouse, and logistics workflows.
