About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager for our Robo shops direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the procurement process from request to purchase order execution.
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
  • Coordinating logistics to optimize delivery schedules and transportation costs.
  • Maintaining vendor relationships and negotiating contracts and payment terms.
  • Using the IT4 system for purchase order processing, supplier management, and inventory tracking.
  • Monitoring stock levels, demand forecasts, and lead times to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
  • Preparing and maintaining all procurement documentation and reports.
  • Supporting cost optimization and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Maintaining and verifying related documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics)
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, goods movement, relevant documentation.
  • Proficiency in English, Greek
  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing for industrial, electronics manufacturing companies.
  • The ability to build effective communications, establish partnerships, focus on results, the ability to rationally defend a position, the ability to inspire, perseverance, organization
  • Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
  • Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.

  • Fixed schedule
  • Limassol, Cyprus (Travel will be required to customers around EU and Middle East)
