Responsibilities

• Receipt and Storage of Goods
• Receiving goods based on quantity and quality according to invoices and accompanying documents.
• Verifying compliance of received goods with orders and standards.
• Placing and organizing goods storage considering storage conditions (temperature, humidity, compatibility, etc.).
• Keeping inventory records.
• Dispatch and Issuance of Goods
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Issuing goods based on invoices or requests.
• Organizing loading and unloading operations.
• Inventory Management and Stock Control
• Maintaining warehouse records (paper-based and/or in an accounting system).
• Participating in stock inventories, verifying actual stock levels.
• Monitoring product expiration dates and quality.
• Warehouse Order and Safety Maintenance
• Complying with storage and safety regulations.
• Organizing warehouse space (optimizing storage locations).
• Monitoring the condition of warehouse equipment (racks, forklifts, etc.).

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
• Knowledge English and Russian languages
