Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Manager in Agia Varvara, Paphos. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing projects from design to installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A civil engineering degree with hands-on knowledge of Cyprus building standards is essential, along with fluency in both Greek and English. The Operations Manager will work closely with partners, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality weather protection systems.

Qualifications

Skills in Project Management, Operations Management, and Customer Relationship Management

Experience in construction or manufacturing

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Knowledge of fabric shade systems and materials

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with design software is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
