We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with data management, ETL, data warehouses, and other data-related technologies. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in enterprise client engagements
  • Deliver innovative data engineering solutions and manage complex data systems
  • Conduct data discovery activities and perform data root cause analysis
  • Responsible for setup and maintenance of data infrastructure and pipelines
  • Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to drive data architectures
  • Design, build, test and deploy ETL processes to move and transform enterprise data
  • Audit and improve data quality
  • Stay up-to-date with latest data technologies

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, metadata management, data discovery
  • Experience with ETL tools and Data warehouse implementations
  • Experience with SQL and database administration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team spirit
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Eager to learn new skills
