Defects Foreman

bbf: is one of the fastest-growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Defects Foreman.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Identify Construction Defects.
• Provide/Suggest the best method for Defects Repairs.
• Clear understanding of the Time and Cost needed for each Repair.
• Good Understanding of Construction Materials Specification and Method of Execution.
• Prepare a simple Program showing the Defect's Repair sequence.
• Ensures that bbf staff and Subcontractors are discharging their duties effectively.
• Ensure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the operation team including suppliers, subcontractors, engineering HSE team.
• Ensure the Repairs are executed in a Safe Manner that complies with Specification, Quality Standards, HSE Legislation.
  

Requirements for the position:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Construction Finishes/Defects Repairs
• Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills essential
• Accuracy and attention to detail
