We are looking for a motivated and hands-on System Administrator to join our IT team. This is a practical role focused on on-site support, basic IT setup, and participation in infrastructure-related tasks. The position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to business locations if required. 

 Requirements:

• Experience in designing wired 50+ and roaming wireless WiFi networks;

• Implementation of solutions, configuration and maintenance of Ubiquiti and Mikrotik network equipment;

• Insight Model of OSI, protocols and services TCP/IP, IPsec, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT, VPN, SIP;

• Experience with access control systems, Hikvision video systems, Ajax alarms;

• Redundancy of network equipment, critical communication channels, config backup and recovery;

• Work with suppliers for the purchase of office equipment, inventory;

• Assembly, modular repair and upgrade of computer equipment;

• Knowledge of OS Windows, MacOS at the administrator level;

• Experience in installing OS and restoring work after critical failures;

• Installation and configuration of office software;

• Backup and recovery, data encryption;

• Experience in a similar position in an IT company from 2 year;

• Communication language Russian and English.

• Administration Jira/Confluence.

 Will be plus:

• Experience working with Atlassian products at the administrator level: creating projects, workflows, boards.

Responsibilities:

• Providing several objects with security systems - access control systems, Hikvision video systems, Ajax alarms;

• Setup and support of office corporate network;

• Maintenance of office computers and office equipment;

• Procurement and inventory of equipment, work with service providers, stock management;

• Providing technical support to the company's employees, including remote ones;

• Manage MDM, credentials, group policies, access rights;

• Create instructions and policies for the team and users.

Мы ищем мотивированного и практичного Системного администратора, который присоединится к нашей IT-команде.
Роль предполагает практическую работу, связанную с поддержкой на месте, настройкой базовой IT-инфраструктуры и участием в задачах, связанных с инфраструктурой.
Позиция в основном офисная, но возможны редкие командировки на другие площадки компании при необходимости.

Требования:

  • Опыт проектирования проводных сетей от 50 устройств и роуминговых беспроводных Wi-Fi сетей;

  • Внедрение решений, настройка и обслуживание сетевого оборудования Ubiquiti и Mikrotik;

  • Понимание модели OSI, протоколов и сервисов TCP/IP, IPsec, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT, VPN, SIP;

  • Опыт работы с системами контроля доступа, видеонаблюдением Hikvision, сигнализацией Ajax;

  • Настройка резервирования сетевого оборудования, критических каналов связи, создание и восстановление резервных конфигураций;

  • Взаимодействие с поставщиками по закупке офисного оборудования, ведение учёта инвентаря;

  • Сборка, модульный ремонт и апгрейд компьютерного оборудования;

  • Знание Windows и macOS на уровне администратора;

  • Опыт установки ОС и восстановления работы после критических сбоев;

  • Установка и настройка офисного ПО;

  • Резервное копирование, восстановление данных, шифрование;

  • Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции в IT-компании не менее 2 лет;

  • Владение русским и английским языками;

  • Опыт администрирования Jira/Confluence.

    Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы с продуктами Atlassian на уровне администратора: создание проектов, рабочих процессов и досок.

    Обязанности:

  • Обеспечение работы объектов компании системами безопасности: СКУД, видеонаблюдение Hikvision, сигнализация Ajax;

  • Настройка и поддержка офисной корпоративной сети;

  • Обслуживание офисных компьютеров и оргтехники;

  • Закупка и учёт оборудования, взаимодействие с поставщиками и сервисными организациями;

  • Техническая поддержка сотрудников компании, включая удалённых пользователей;

  • Управление MDM, учётными данными, групповыми политиками, правами доступа;

  • Создание инструкций и регламентов для команды и пользователей.
