We are looking for an IT Systems & Automation Specialist to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Google Workspace (G-Suite) Administration (30–40%);
• Manage user accounts, groups, access controls, and configurations within Google Workspace. Respond to internal service requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with security and operational policies;
• Workflow Standardization and Automation in Asana (20–30%);
• Design and implement scalable project and task management workflows in Asana. Collaborate with stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks, define standards, and support cross-functional project visibility;
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT Solutions (20–30%);
• Conduct structured testing of new IT tools and enhancements to ensure functionality, usability, and business alignment prior to deployment;
• Document results and work with IT teams on improvements.

Essential professional experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented thinking;
• Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience creating business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools;
• Familiarity with administrative configuration of collaboration platforms such as Slack, Confluence, or similar environments;
• Basic knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms or scripting (e.g., Zapier, Google Apps Script, is a plus.)
