As a digital transformation partner to global clients, we are expanding our SAP practice and seeking passionate, driven, and smart fresh graduates to join us as SAP Functional Consultants across various modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, QM, WM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
Job Overview:
As an SAP Functional Consultant – Graduate Trainee, you will undergo intensive training in SAP ERP modules, participate in real-world projects, and work closely with experienced consultants to solve business challenges using SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured SAP training programs (classroom + on-the-job)
- Assist in business process mapping and requirement gathering
- Work with senior consultants to configure and test SAP modules
- Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials
- Support end-user training and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering project milestones
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) with a degree in:
- Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong interest in ERP systems and enterprise processes
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Nice to Have (but not mandatory):
- Basic understanding of SAP or ERP concepts (through coursework, internship, or self-learning)
- Certifications or courses in SAP (e.g., openSAP, Coursera, etc.)
- Internship or project experience in business process optimization
