Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to execute marketing activities and digital campaigns, ensuring they align with organizational goals and strategy. They will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organizations' visibility and engagement in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with the development of marketing strategy.
  • Management sponsorships and partnerships according to marketing strategy and plan.
  • Manages and organizes corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events.
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels.
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
  • Lead the planning, organisation and execution of a variety of internal and external events and their promotion on digital channels.
  • Ensures internal communication and conducts joint projects with HR for internal promotional activities and external "employer branding".
  • Act as a representative of the company by attending external marketing and promotional events alongside the Head of Marketing, fostering valuable connections, and promoting brand visibility.
  • Coordinates with all parties involved with regards to the social networks strategy. Ensures that communication is appropriate and consistent with the company's and the Brands' values (and the social media policy) and interacts with the service providers.
  • Craft compelling presentations and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences, effectively communicating the company's and brand's message and value proposition.
  • Oversee showroom setup and customer experience enhancements, including accessories and merchandise, in collaboration with the Product team.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to streamline processes within the marketing department.
  • Provide general administration and support to the marketing department.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing and digital marketing strategies, with a keen understanding of platforms, trends, and best practices to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English language.
  • Proficiency in utilizing relevant computer software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Creative, flexible, and positive manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
