Sales & Marketing Assistant

Overview

Phoenicia Fereos Cyprus Limited is hiring for the position a proactive and commercially minded individual to support the Marketing and Trade teams in executing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of sales and trade dynamics, strong organizational skills and the ability to provide accurate administrative and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Marketing and Trade Managers.

• Assist in coordinating marketing activities, trade programs and campaigns.

• Maintain and update internal databases, reports and tracking tools.

• Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal and external use.

• Support the team in executing trade marketing initiatives and in-store activations.

• Collect, consolidate and analyze basic data to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, trade marketing and commercial dynamics.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Good analytical skills and familiarity with Excel/analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Business and commercial mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
