We are seeking a
Senior
SAPUI5/BTP Developer
to expand our team, focusing on the Global Adoption Experience Framework. This role will involve working closely with client engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative environment that uses the Scaled Agile Framework to ensure flexibility and continuous improvement. This role involves active participation in client workshops and regular teamwork sessions to align project goals and enhance communication. This position offers a hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Cyprus, whether it's your home or our office in Nicosia.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in frontend development using UI5 Freestyle/Fiori Elements
  • Develop new frontend components for real-time interactions with specific Cloud functionality
  • Integrate BTP applications with SAP and non-SAP systems using services like OData, REST and SOAP
  • Assist in designing and developing SAP Customer Portal applications
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and design scalable architecture
  • Optimize application performance, conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, responsive and secure code
  • Provide technical expertise, lead development efforts and mentor junior developers
  • Participate in agile development processes, manage project activities and assist in resolving production incidents
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, installation procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SAPUI5 development
  • Strong proficiency in SAPUI5, Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
  • Experience with SAP BTP and its services, such as the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
  • Knowledge of integration technologies like OData, REST and SOAP
  • Familiarity with backend programming languages like Java or ABAP
  • Experience with SAP HANA and SQL is often required
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in an agile development environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
