Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and broader Finance team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the Finance department, providing administrative, operational, and analytical support to ensure accurate financial management and strategic execution.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in finance (not pure accounting).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, analysis).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Experience with bank transfers and other payments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis.
  • Handling payments & financial controls.
  • Working on intercompany charges and allocations.
  • Providing insights and data to support strategic decisions.
