Junior Dealer

We're seeking an exceptionally smart and motivated Junior Dealer to join our dynamic forex team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about global financial markets, with strong analytical skills and the drive to build a long-term career in FX trading.

In the forex industry, where markets move 24/5, Junior Dealers are the frontline of trading operations. They ensure smooth execution, minimize risk, and provide valuable insights that support both clients and management. This role offers hands-on experience with FX markets and is a gateway to advancing into senior dealing and trading positions.

After completing comprehensive training on the company's operations and departmental processes, you will take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining our trading systems and tools. Your role will involve identifying issues in real time, taking swift corrective action, and ensuring smooth operations at all times. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Functions

• Monitor global financial markets and identify opportunities.
• Learn the trading conditions and rules for individual assets and asset classes
• Monitor market risk exposure and ensure all relevant positions are tracked and managed during each shift.
• Assist in hedging strategies defined by management
• Keeping up-to-date with developments and monitoring trends for all instruments
• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company's systems and trading platforms
• Performing competitive analysis

Competencies And Required Background

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, nights, and overnights.
• Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, demonstrated through a university-level qualification or relevant work experience.
• Strong desire to learn about the financial markets
• Teamwork spirit with the ability to pay attention to details
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and well-developed trading skills.
• Problem solving and strong communication skills are necessary
