Daily challenges and tasks

Key knowledge and skills

• Make creatives per day according to the technical and moral principles of social media, so that it is as native as possible
• Track social media Trends
• Understanding native advertising (and how it differs from regular advertising)
• At least 6 month of experience as a Graphic\Motion Designer.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• Level of English - A2 and above.
• Experience in developing advertising creatives (static\video) for Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Deep understanding of basic design principles: composition, typography, color, etc.
• Knowledge of technical requirements for advertising creatives for different platforms.
• Understanding of trends and current working practices for creatives (Meta\TikTok platforms).

An Advantage Will Be

• Experience as a Creative Designer in Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience with AI tools (HeyGen\ElevenLabs\ChatGPT, etc.).
• Experience with UGC.
