JetBrains is a well-known international software development company. Since 2000, we've been building powerful tools that help developers be more productive and creative. With more than 2500 professionals across 10+ global locations, we know that our success depends not just on technology, but on the people behind it.
At JetBrains, we decided to rebrand the classic HRBP role as
Team Partner
because we believe this work is about more than partnering with "the business." It's about being embedded with real people and real teams, co-creating healthy dynamics, and helping leaders and employees thrive together. The title reflects our culture of trust, openness, and collaboration, where People Partners aren't on the sidelines, but at the heart of shaping how our teams grow, perform, and stay connected.

Team Partner
to join our global team and support teams across various JetBrains offices. In this role, you'll act as a trusted people partner to team leaders and employees, and support day-to-day team dynamics, communication, organizational development, and team health.

If you're passionate about people, collaboration, and enabling change, and you enjoy navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment then this is the role for you.

- In the future, play a key role in team development and long-term people initiatives.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (Recruiting, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to ensure holistic support for your teams.
- Promote JetBrains' values through a people-first, solutions-oriented approach.
About You
You're a people person with strong interpersonal instincts, a proactive mindset, and a calm, structured approach to change. You're comfortable holding space for difficult conversations, navigating complexity, and adapting your style to different personalities and leadership styles.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Team Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Partner in the software or technology industry.
- Experience in HR, people operations, organizational development, L&D, C&B, onboarding, or similar people-facing roles would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and relate to others across different teams and backgrounds.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion.
- Confidence in handling ambiguity, interpersonal tension, and evolving team needs.
- A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to influence others with empathy and clarity.
- Comfortable adapting to change and staying grounded under pressure.
- Understanding of team dynamics, feedback practices, and change management principles.
- Fluency in English.
