Employment Law Advocate Position

We are actively seeking to recruit a lawyer with proven employment law expertise to join our multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering top-tier legal solutions to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities


• Advising on all aspects of employment relationships, complex employment law issues and procedures, including migration procedures.


• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and HR-related policies.


• Conducting due diligence reviews on employment law issues and procedures, including migration processes, and drafting reports.


• Conducting thorough investigations into client matters, including performing legal research, analysis, and sourcing expert opinions.


• Representing clients in court/tribunal proceedings or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and before competent authorities.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Law. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.


• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.


• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Employment Law or related practice areas.


• Outstanding research and advisory skills.


• Outstanding drafting and negotiation skills.


• Ability to think critically and approach challenges with a fresh perspective.


• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to prioritize and perform successfully under pressure and within deadlines.


• Ability to work in a committed team and supervise junior members.


• A driven, ambitious, and resourceful personality.


• Computer literate.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
