Technical writer

We're looking for a
Technical Writer
who can turn complex ideas into clear and useful documentation. In this role, you'll create and maintain both internal and client-facing materials — everything from process manuals and knowledge base articles to integration guides and API documentation. You'll work closely with our development, product, and support teams to gather information, structure it clearly, and keep all documentation up to date with new product releases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal documentation, including employee guides, process manuals, and knowledge bases.
• Prepare external documentation such as client-facing manuals, user guides, integration documents, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with development, support, and product teams to gather and verify information.
• Keep all documentation up to date with product changes and new releases.
• Standardize terminology, tone, and writing style across all materials; and
• Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the financial trading, brokerage, or FinTech industry, in a support, admin, or risk management/dealing role.
• Strong written English skills (B2+), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in documentation.
• Ability to structure complex technical or business information and explain it in simple, clear language.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Markdown, Swagger, Git, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic thinking, and the ability to work with multiple information sources.

Nice to have

• Experience in writing documentation (internal or client-facing), even if not in a formal Technical Writer role.
• Understanding of trading platform architecture, FIX protocol, and bridge integrations.
• Familiarity with Jira or other task-tracking systems.
• Ability to create visual diagrams (flowcharts, architecture diagrams).
