Product Marketing Specialist.

Обязанности:

  • Управление продуктовым циклом: от генерации гипотез до запуска и анализа результатов
  • Вывод новых фичей на рынок, создание и реализация Go-to-Market стратегий
  • Анализ product-market fit и формирование roadmap на основе данных и бизнес-целей
  • Работа с продуктовой аналитикой: продуктовые метрики, юнит-экономика (LTV, ARPU, CAC)
  • Анализ влияния новых фичей на LTV, churn, conversion rate, retention
  • Проведение A/B-тестов, исследование пользовательского поведения
  • Позиционирование продукта и участие в упаковке фичей для маркетинговых кампаний
  • Взаимодействие с кросс-функциональными командами: проект-менеджером, дизайнером, маркетингом, бизнес-лидерами
  • Использование сезонных и поведенческих драйверов для роста продуктовых метрик
  • Контроль и улучшение UX продукта
  • Отслеживание рынка, конкурентных фичей, UX-трендов и маркетинговых подходов
  • Применение best practices для повышения конверсий и user engagement.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы в iGaming / финтех / крипто / стартапах
  • Практический опыт запуска новых продуктов или фичей в прод
  • Знание Go-to-Market подходов и принципов product-market fit
  • Уверенная работа с UX-анализом, продуктовой аналитикой и A/B-тестированием
  • Глубокое понимание юнит-экономики (LTV, ARPU, CAC) и умение делать выводы на её основе
  • Навыки формулирования продуктовых гипотез и проверочных экспериментов
  • Опыт взаимодействия с маркетингом и понимание основных маркетинговых каналов
  • Владение инструментами: Jira/YouTrack, Confluence, Miro, Notion, Figma
  • Умение работать автономно, быстро погружаться в новые домены и принимать решения
  • Английский на уровне уверенной рабочей коммуникации будет плюсом.
