We are looking for a
Fleet Manager
to join our team and take overall responsibility for the effective and efficient management of our Company's fleet. This is a key role that ensures compliance with all legal requirements while also supporting our business needs through smart, cost-effective, and innovative fleet management.

Main Responsiblities:

  • Oversee the Company's fleet of vehicles and handling equipment, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted market operations.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual fleet operating budget.
  • Administer and optimize the Fleet Management software system.
  • Plan and implement fleet upgrades, introducing new methods and innovations to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
  • Provide technical specifications and requirements to the Procurement Department to secure the most suitable vehicles in line with business needs.
  • Ensure timely availability of spare parts and services, while supervising proper vehicle maintenance.
  • Handle urgent issues such as accidents or major breakdowns with professionalism and speed.
  • Guarantee full compliance with all Cypriot laws and regulations relevant to fleet operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • University or Higher Technical Institute degree in Automotive Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering and/or similar,
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in fleet management role and/or managing a vehicle workshop technical support unit (e.g. Technical Service Manager),

Skills & Attributes

  • Fluency in both Greek and English.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and collaborative personality.
