Integration Engineer - Dynamics FinOps 365 Environment

Position Overview

The Integration Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integration solutions within the Dynamics FinOps 365 environment, utilizing BizTalk as the primary integration platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of integration architecture, data flows, and system interoperability, ensuring seamless communication between various business applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using BizTalk in a Dynamics FinOps 365 environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Create and maintain integration documentation, including design specifications, flow diagrams, and testing protocols.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.

Perform system upgrades and patch management to maintain the integration platform's reliability and security.

Develop and execute test plans to validate integration solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with integration-related issues and inquiries.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integration engineering, preferably within a Dynamics FinOps 365 environment.

Strong proficiency in BizTalk Server and its components, including orchestrations, pipelines, and adapters.

Experience with integration patterns, messaging protocols, and data formats such as XML, JSON, and EDI.

Knowledge of Dynamics FinOps 365 modules and their integration points.

Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management, is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding Dataverse and DualWrite is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience with other integration platforms and tools.

Certification in BizTalk Server or Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Proficiency in SQL and database management.

Understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
