Key Responsibilities:
- Companies formation and administration (the main focus is UAE companies administration)
- Changes in company's structure
- Strike-off, liquidation
- Preparation of corporate documents
- Liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration
- Liaising with registered agents from other jurisdictions
- Leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, messengers
- Billing
Requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor of Laws as an advantage)
- Experience as corporate administrator in ASP firm - 3-5 years
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages
