Key Responsibilities:

  • Companies formation and administration (the main focus is UAE companies administration)
  • Changes in company's structure
  • Strike-off, liquidation
  • Preparation of corporate documents
  • Liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration
  • Liaising with registered agents from other jurisdictions
  • Leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, messengers
  • Billing

Requirements:

  • Higher education (Bachelor of Laws as an advantage)
  • Experience as corporate administrator in ASP firm - 3-5 years
  • Knowledge of Russian and English languages
