Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior SysOps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possesses a strong understanding of trading operations but also has the technical proficiency required to support and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Execute trades in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and client instructions.

• Utilize MMT4/MT5 Manager, cTrader, TraderEvolution, Administrator and platform to configure and manage trading accounts, monitor system performance, and support platform operations.

• Assist with trading platform inquiries, troubleshooting, and provide technical support when needed.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activity, and other relevant metrics.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective execution of trading strategies and operational tasks.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trading accounts, positions, or margin calls.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all client data and financial information.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry and/or financial markets

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant

• Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager, cTrader, TraderEvolution, Administrator and platform

• Experience in bridge configuration and monitoring experience, as well as plugin service configuration and monitoring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience in risk management with demonstrated capabilities

• Flexibility to work in shifts (morning, night and overnight
