Senior Electrical Engineer
with a strong background in electronics and a passion for
audio hardware
to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus. This role blends
hands-on electronics assembly
with
advanced troubleshooting and design
to support the development of our next-generation audio devices. This role offers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and supervise
    electronics assembly
    , including sub-assembly, micro-soldering of FPC cables on PCB boards, and precision rework.
  • Lead
    diagnostics and troubleshooting
    of device issues, with a focus on
    audio performance and signal integrity
    .
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to design, refine, and implement
    circuit-level improvements for audio hardware
    .
  • Conduct
    quality control
    and testing of assembled boards and systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior assembly staff.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure seamless
    integration of electronics with audio and embedded systems
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Electrical/Electronic Engineering
    or related field.
  • Proven experience with
    PCB design, assembly, and testing
    .
  • Expertise in
    audio electronics
    (analog and/or digital), including experience with low-noise design, impedance matching, and signal path optimization.
  • Strong skills in
    micro-soldering, fine-pitch components, and rework
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    diagnosing and resolving hardware and audio issues
    .
  • Familiarity with
    embedded systems, DSP, and lab equipment
    (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, audio analyzers, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment.
