The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking AIO Executive to boost our brand's visibility across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. Working closely with the Content and Marketing teams, you will optimise content for AI-generated responses, strengthen our brand authority, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all AI touch points. If you are excited about the future of marketing in the age of AI and want to shape how users discover our brand through conversational platforms, this role is for you. 

• Perform Artificial Intelligence Optimisation (AIO) to improve brand presence and visibility across AI chatbots (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). 
• Develop and refine content designed for AI-generated responses, ensuring clarity through structured summaries, FAQ-style formatting, and well-defined information. 
• Build and sustain topical authority by strategically incorporating citations, reputable references, and credible sources. 
• Strengthen local authority through collaboration with Regional Marketing teams, create content in local languages and secure mentions from trusted local media and digital outlets to boost visibility in generative AI results. 
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (including visibility in AI-generated content, citation frequency, and engagement data) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
• Partner with AI monitoring platforms (e.g., Otterly.AI or equivalent) to track and analyse how the brand is referenced in AI model outputs. 
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and technical content formatting (such as schema markup and structured data) to enhance Large Language Model (LLM) comprehension and accuracy. 
• Ensure factual accuracy, content integrity, and compliance through regular audits of AI-generated material. 
• Develop and update AIO frameworks, best practices, and operational guidelines for use across Marketing teams. 
• Coordinate AIO initiatives with Content Marketing, SEO, and other Marketing departments to maintain consistent brand messaging and conversational AI alignment. 
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI technologies, optimisation tools, and methodologies, adapting AIO strategies accordingly. 

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.  
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in SEO, including at least 1 year focused on AIO with a strong interest in AI-powered platforms and LLMs 
• Strong understanding of generative AI behaviour, LLM functionality, and how AI consumes content  
• Experience in the online trading or fintech industry will be considered an advantage.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
