Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative a
Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic marketing team at Pafilia. The idea candidate will have some experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or a similar field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies that align with Pafilia's brand and business objectives.
• Draft and edit high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, speeches, articles, blog posts, internal communications, and corporate collateral.
• Manage and update content across digital platforms, including the company website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate media relations activities, including press outreach, media monitoring, and maintaining a strong network of media contacts.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor the content of all marketing materials to ensure they are kept up-to-date.
• Source relevant awards and prepare materials for entry
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications, adhering to style, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Monitor communication KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support company initiatives and campaigns.

Necessary Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a communications or PR role, ideally within the luxury, real estate, or hospitality sector.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Greek and English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative software tools such as WordPress would be an advantage
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
